SHIPPING & RETURNS

Wallpaper will ship via UPS Ground. All other items will ship via FedEx or USPS. Orders will be processed within 3-5 days. Many products are made to order, therefore lead times may vary slightly. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Due to the handmade nature of AK products, each product is one of a kind and slight variation is expected. Wallpaper, decor, and prints are final sale and returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged or defective, for the replacement of the same product. All items are carefully inspected before shipping but should any damage occur in transit please email info@akdesignla.com within 7 days of receipt with pictures of the damaged goods and the original packaging. Once approved, please ship the items back within 14 days of receipt. All scarves are non-returnable, but if you’d like to exchange your scarf for a different pattern please email info@akdesignla.com within 7 days from the point of sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
